In the new video footage, Hernandez Rojas’ cries for help can be heard and the agents can be seen surrounding him. It’s unclear whether he was handcuffed at the time. The autopsy report by the San Diego County Medical Examiner found the death to be a homicide. Sign the petition demanding a federal investigation into the murder of Anastasio Hernandez Rojas by the United States Border Patrol and Department of Homeland Security. They were kind of just swarming over him.  This makes me physically sick and reinforces my hatred of cops of any kind. “Quis custodiet iPod custodes?”
